If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, breathwork offers a powerful way back—to clarity, emotional release, and a deeper sense of inner calm.
Embodhi combines Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) with personalised coaching to support real, lasting transformation. This work creates a safe, guided space for you to explore what’s beneath the surface, move through emotional blocks, and reconnect with your natural state of balance and wellbeing.
Rebirthing Breathwork is a proven healing practice that uses conscious connected breathing to bring the body into deep relaxation and expanded awareness. Developed by Leonard D. Orr, it can be experienced one-to-one or in group settings, both in person and online.
When your body feels safe, your mind begins to soften. In this state, you’re able to observe your thoughts and emotions with greater clarity and less reactivity. This allows unresolved experiences to gently surface and release through the breath. As energy begins to move, what once felt heavy or stuck can shift—often leaving you with a sense of calm, clarity, and renewed perspective.

Private sessions are available Online or In-Person at my studio space in North London. Each session is approximately 75-90 minutes.
Introductory Offer (Limited Spaces)
As I continue my practitioner training, I’m offering a limited number of reduced-rate spaces for those ready to commit to this work.
Standard rate: £80 per 90-minute session
Reduced-rate spaces: available for 5 clients only
Minimum commitment: 10 sessions
£150 deposit required to secure your place (fully refunded upon completion)
